Sarah Dantino to perform in Augustana Symphonic Band Home Concert

To conclude their Midwest tour, the Augustana Symphonic band will return home to perform the music they traveled with on their annual performance tour. The concert will take place on March 12 at 8 p.m. in Centennial Hall.

The Augustana Symphonic Band is the college's oldest ensemble, established in 1874 as the Silver Cornet Band. Currently under the direction of Dr. James Lambrecht, the band is composed of more than 60 student musicians with academic majors across the liberal arts. Among these students is Sarah Dantino of Elmhurst (60126).
